Expressive Arts Intensives
An intensive is a dedicated block of therapy time—typically 3–5 hours—that allows you to experience deeper, more accelerated progress toward your goals than traditional weekly or biweekly sessions often allow. This extended format creates a safe, focused space where meaningful breakthroughs can occur.
Our Expressive Arts Intensives integrate somatic and creative modalities such as movement, art-making, and other embodied practices to uncover and release the root causes of stress stored in the body. These intensives are especially effective for addressing challenges that impact relationships, communication, and your ability to set and maintain healthy boundaries.
By engaging the body and the arts as pathways for healing, these sessions help you process emotions that may be difficult to articulate with words, restore balance, and move past areas where you may feel “stuck.” Each intensive also equips you with personalized self-care and stress-management practices, empowering you to sustain growth and resilience long after the session ends.
Counseling
Counseling provides a supportive space to focus on a specific concern and explore multiple pathways toward resolution. In partnership, we clarify challenges, identify strengths, and develop actionable solutions that align with your goals. As defined by the American Counseling Association, counseling is “a professional relationship that empowers diverse individuals, families, and groups to accomplish mental health, wellness, education, and career goals.” Our counseling services help you gain clarity, build resilience, and create practical steps for lasting change.
Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy goes deeper by addressing the underlying patterns, experiences, and relationships that shape how you respond to life’s challenges. Together, we explore root causes—from past experiences to present dynamics—to better understand how they influence your current concerns. Dance/Movement Therapy
Because the body often holds what words cannot express, we may integrate dance/movement therapy into your care. This approach uses movement and body awareness to explore how emotions, stress, and experiences show up physically—whether in posture, breath, or tension. The American Dance Therapy Association defines dance/movement therapy as “the psychotherapeutic use of dance, movement, body awareness, and embodied communication to foster healing and well-being for all individuals, families, and communities.”This evidence-based practice helps you reconnect with your body, release stress and trauma, and foster healing on both physical and emotional levels.
Embodied Coaching
Coaching is a forward-focused, action-oriented process designed to help you step into your potential and achieve meaningful goals.
